16 teams will be going head-to-head from October 20 for a shot at securing a spot in the playoffs.

The teams set to duke it out in the group stage of CCT Central Europe Series 3 have been confirmed, with 12 teams featuring the likes of ECLOT, Into the Breach, and SINNERS all receiving direct invites to the $50,000 online event.

The remaining four teams — AGO, ONYX, Wolsung, and HONORIS — all locked in their place in the tournament after successfully traversing the closed qualifier with respective top-four finishes.

ECLOT are the highest-ranked team heading into the group stage

The 16 teams will battle it out in a swiss-style group stage format, where just eight squads will be able to progress to the playoff portion of the event. They will be joined by a further eight teams, who will receive their own invites to the knockout stage, where the competition will transition into a single-elimination bracket, with the eventual victor taking home the $22,000 first-place prize.

The tournament also offers points towards the Central Europe regional rankings. The three teams who secure a podium finish in this leaderboard by the conclusion of all four online events will make their way to the Central Europe studio finals, with the date of said LAN still yet to be announced.
